SWEAT PANDA FITNESS IS FOR EVERYONE!!!

Whether you have never exercised a day in your life or if you are a professional athlete, Sweat Panda is for you!  We have athletes ranging in age from 15 years old, to 68 years old and everything in between; athletes who have been active their entire lives and athletes who had never exercised a day in their life before coming to Sweat Panda.  We have college athletes who are trying to stay conditioned for their sport, members that are recovering from various surgeries, and a whole lot of people that just want to live healthier, longer lives.

If you walk into a group class at any given time throughout the day you will see a group of people all doing different variations of the Workout of the Day depending on where they are physically. Some of us will be using less weight, or a movement progression or modification that is more accessible to us. The workouts meet you where you are at, and what is challenging for you specifically.  Everyone is different!

If you have never done done this style of training before we are going to start you off with our FUNdamentals Program which is included in your first month's membership that will get you moving safely and feeling a little more comfortable before you get into a group environment.

WHY SWEAT PANDA?

PROGRAMMING

Effective programming is a critical component in any fitness system. All programming is not created equal. Programming should not be chaos; it should be coordinated, complimentary, and cohesive. If the programming is not well conceived, you will not progress efficiently as an athlete, and even worse, could over-stress the body and injure yourself in the process.  

The programming at Sweat Panda  is designed out over a 12 month period.  These 12 months will include micro-cycles typically broken in 9 week increments.  It is a very specific blueprint that is designed to develop our athletes in the fastest, most effective way possible, while at the same time keeping them safe!  

Beyond that, our workouts are FUN!!  Fun workouts are more important than you think.  They will keep you coming in on a consistent basis, which is another key component to success.

PERFORMANCE TRACKING

How do you know if your fitness is improving if there is no way to keep track of it?  Your results should be observable, measurable and repeatable.  We utilize the latest technology and tracking matrix that allows you to actually SEE your fitness improve! Evidence based fitness.

EXPERT COACHING

Our coaches are the best in the business. More importantly, they care. They will be with you every day, every step of the way to achieve and crush your goals. Our current staff has decades of experience coaching! Think of it as personal trainer every time you come through the door.

NUTRITION COACHING

Exercise is only one piece of the pie (yes, I said it).  So why do most gyms not even address nutrition? We do.  Nutrition should be your foundation. Not only do we provide the information and guidance to help you with your nutrition, we also provide online logs, and personalized nutrition plans to our athletes.

MEMBER CAP = SMALL CLASS SIZES

We are only offering a limited number of total memberships.  We value the quantity and quality of personal attention that we are able give to our members.  We believe that quality diminishes if there are too many members in a class dividing our coaches attention.  Because of this, we have set a limit to the amount of members we are allowing at our locations.  Once we reach this ceiling we will not be accepting any new members.

It's science, Yo!  Our fitness programs and methodologies are based on facts, and scientific research supported by actual recordable data. Neuroendocrine adaptation, and the masterful mixing of your phosphocreatine, glycolitic and oxidative metabolic pathways. It's what we do.

CHECK-IN FOR CHARITY

At the center of it all, our main desire is to simply help people.  This doesn't stop at helping the people that we're fortunate enough to have as members of our gym. We choose a different charity every few months and donate money based on our members attendance.  We call it "Check-In For Charity".
